Web2/AJAX Application delivered to UK Forestry Commission

As part of a three year programme working with the UK Forestry Commission, Environ-IT have delivered the HARPPS hybrid web site comprising of a mix of conventional dynamic web technologies coupled with Web2/AJAX components. The system provides advanced data query functionality and reporting tools.

Irish Government selects Environ-IT as primary contractor

Environ-IT have been selected as primary contractor for a two year web2/AJAX development contract by COFORD the Irish National Council for Forest Research & Development. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for the company, and we are immensely proud to have been chosen to assist the Irish Government in the devlopment of this programme. We hope it will be the start of a relationship that will mirror the one we already have with the UK Forestry Commision.

The Climadapt system will provide a dynamic and powerful tool to help forest managers to evaluate the impact climate change will have upon their current forests and on prospective plantations. It will leverage the GIS capabilities of the Google Maps system, to provide a powerful online analysis system

J P Morgan Asset Management use Environ-IT expertise and technology

Environ-IT are assisting international finance house J P Morgan in the development of a new suite of Web2/AJAX applications. These applications will be developed using a development framework pioneered by Environ-IT. The six month project will see Environ-IT staff assist in the design and development of this trailblazing project, providing J P Morgan Asset management with a suite of tools that provide rich application functionality within a networked environment.

Web2 booking system completed for Girl Guiding Scotland

We are pleased to report that a web2 conversion of booking systems used by Girl Guiding Scotland is now complete. This complete rewrite of their existing database system provides a complete booking system that can be accessed via a conventional web browser. It facilitates the need for staff to access the system when away from the ofice, and includes a substantial reporting facility enabling pdf reports to be generated via the web user interface.
